I initially called another company that had good reviews but my gut told me to get a second opinion. So happy I did. EVS beat the price I was quoted by the other place and didnt make me feel like I was an inconvenience.

This man went completely beyond the call of duty. If you are getting a tow, he is the guy. I had a 11,000lb RV and no one else wanted to do the job for less then $500. He tells me he will be right there and not to pay that ridiculous amount. When he shows up, he spent over 30 mins helping me find a good mechanic because Im not from around here. We go to Percision Auto Works. (The best god damn business Ive ever been to) Then, not only does he tow me there, he and the owner of Percision stay far past business hours working on it TOGETHER to get my girlfriend and I going down the road. Both companies were funny, polite and engaging. Both companies were fair with their prices and great at what they did for a living.

They helped me out of a bind, recovered my rolled blazer from the desert and gave me a very fair deal. They had great customer service and I am more then happy with the service I paid for.

I called about 10 different towing companies yesterday, and either no one answered the phone or the person who answered gave me some garbage about the hoops I would need to jump through to have them tow my daughters little VW Beetle convertible from the side of the road in Sun City West to my home in Vistancia. Frustrated and annoyed, I found EVS Roadside and called as a last ditch effort before balling my eyes out. Robert answered the phone after 2 rings, and asked where the vehicle was so that he could dispatch one of his guys to tow the car. It turned out that he was only 2 minutes away from her, and was going to take care of it himself. From the time Robert took my call to the time the car was in my garage was about 45 minutes. He was AMAZING and was NOT afraid to help a person in need!! Robert, I cannot thank you enough for the bright spot you brought to our otherwise frustrating and very expensive day. You deserve a medal for what you do and the kindness and caring you show is outstanding. It is UNBELIEVABLE to me that there are SO MANY lazy people in this world, and that is really a shame. We had conversation about that too while he was here. I cant tell you how grateful I am that you answered the phone Robert, and I now have your phone number stored in my phone. If it wasnt for the kindness of Robert I dont know if I wouldve made it.
I was out riding my dirt bike when suddenly it had an electrical issue and wouldnt start back up. I was pretty much left stranded out in the middle of nowhere without a phone.

My car broke down needing a tow and I waited for 4 hours while AAA tried to find me a tow truck that would take my car to the shop I wanted. One call to Richard and even at 10 oclock at night he was on his way! Quickly and professionally he loaded my car on his flat bed and towed it the 31 miles for me. I received a photo and video of my car being dropped off at the shop, and I felt very safe and secure with his professionalism. I will definitely be referring everyone I know that needs a tow service!

EVS/Robert were amazing. I needed a large lifted vehicle towed. Did not have keys. Robert was amazing and accommodating us under the complicated circumstances. Servive was great. I only had to wait for 30 minutes. All the other services in my area was going to make make me wait for three hours.

EVS came to jump my car when it was 119 degrees outside. They were fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

Robert is an amazing person he helped my husband and I out at 9:30pm all the way out in case grande, from west buckeye. He helped us out tremendously with our tire and only charged us a small fee. When we needed to travel back to our house out in peoria he followed us all the way home to make sure we got home safely. He was very helpful and we are very thankful for Robert and will refer him to many of my friends and family members =)

Robert did a great job picking up my Daughters Car. We gave a description, he found it, no problem, then dropped it off at the Repair Shop for us. Bottom line, he charged a fair price and did a good job. I would definitely use his service again, if needed.
